Return Policy
All Sales Are Final
All vehicle sales at Atlanta AutoStar are final. Once a purchase is complete, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, and we do not give refunds.
A purchase is complete when you sign the Buyers Order, the Bill of Sale, and any financing or retail installment contract that goes with them.
There is no cooling-off period. Federal and Georgia law do not give you a right to cancel a vehicle purchase made at our dealership after you sign. A right to cancel would have to be written into your contract, and we do not offer one.
- Return window: 0 days
- Exchanges: not accepted
- Restocking fee: none (returns are not accepted)
Warranties and "As Is" Sales
Every vehicle on our lot has an FTC Buyers Guide posted in its window, and you get a copy at delivery. The Buyers Guide tells you whether that vehicle comes with a dealer warranty or is sold AS IS – NO DEALER WARRANTY. The Buyers Guide is part of your sales contract.
When a vehicle is sold as is, the dealership does not pay for any repairs after the sale. You are responsible for all repair costs, no matter when a problem appears.
A service contract, such as our 24-month / 24,000-mile service contract, is a separate agreement with its own written terms, and those terms decide what it covers. Nothing on this page limits your rights under a service contract, a written warranty, or the manufacturer's warranty. If you buy a service contract within 90 days of the sale, state law "implied warranties" may give you additional rights.
Inspect Before You Buy
Because all sales are final, we encourage every buyer to:
- Test drive the vehicle
- Read the vehicle history report
- Have the vehicle inspected by an independent mechanic you choose, at your own expense, before you sign
Just ask, and we will make any vehicle available for a pre-purchase inspection.
Deposits
We do not take deposits to hold a vehicle.
When Financing Is Not Finalized
If your purchase depends on financing approval and that financing is not finalized, the sale may be unwound under the terms printed on your Buyers Order or Retail Installment Contract. That is not a return.
It is the cancellation of a sale that was never completed, and it follows only the termsments.
Your Signed Documents Come First
This page is a summary of our policy. If anything here differs from your signed Buyers O Contract, or the Buyers Guide, those documents control.
